Before founding Energy Global Group, Moshe Cohen worked as a project manager for the hospitality industry. Responsible for the execution of the ISO 14001 sustainable development certification throughout a network of more than 400 hotels, he adopted the challenge and helped the operations team transition to sustainable practices. Fueled by his fascination to change people’s perceptions about solar energy, Moshe Cohen's dream is to participate in the democratization of renewables and solar. Moshe Cohen oversees EnergyGlobal Group’s day-to-day operations, as well as our business strategy. He is confident that education is key in the development of solar energy and is committed to making going solar an informed and rewarding experience for EngeryGlobal Group customers. Yaron golan
CFO
Yaron is a qualified chartered accountant (ICAEW) and MBA graduate with more than 24 years of experience working in leading big-name companies within the energy industry. Yaron started his career in audit and consulting before turning to the energy industry originally in oil and gas with ExxonMobil as an analyst and over the past 14 years in renewables with Masdar where he had several roles including developing and guiding the FP&A, Tax, and Commercial support units and as the company grew leading the operational functions in entities in a variety of geographies including Eastern Europe, Jordan, and UAE. Channeling his confidence and passion for creating sustainable development through renewable energy, Yaron has been part of several teams that have developed large-scale utility renewable projects in the UAE, the GCC regions, and Europe.

Yarden Avram is the Chief Technology Officer of Energy Global Group, with 20 years of experience in construction and design management, and electrical engineering. The position of the CTO entails providing industry-level insight and visions on technology sensations and collaborating with top directors on technological plans. Yarden commands an impressive degree of respect and management among a wide range of stakeholders in this project of his rich, assorted, and international techno-commercial experience in the fields of power engineering, water management, and oil & gas. Yarden carries a definitive workload and supports a demanding schedule of meetings, travel, review, and generation of documents with prompt response times. He exhibits a high level of virtue, consistency, emotional intellect, negotiation abilities, honest broker, and honest team play. Yarden integrates technical competence with solution-oriented pragmatism, helping to overcome potential obstacles while admiring tight schedules. Thanks to Yarden's strong commitment as CTO, the interests of the power plant owners have been well depicted and the resulting project design ensures better and more resilient power generation execution.
